Initial spare part stocks are defined during production, so the parts can be available on the spot during start-up, ensuring the correct operation and the compliance with the order scheduling.
After the commissioning, we can offer service packages including the stock of spare parts by our premises, by the local branches in the different countries we are working, or the delivery of spare parts to the site: depending on the different Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreed upon, fast service intervention times can be ensured - if a suitable spare part stock is available.
Even though System Logistics uses top components, the warranty of the operation quality and fast restoration mainly depend on the spare part suitability, on their correct installation and on their immediate availability.
The components of our machines are designed by System Logistics engineers and produced in compliance with our severe specifications. To ensure operation and performance of our system, we recommend the sole use of System Logistics original spare parts only.
